40 km north of Kolari, 1.5 km from Lake Äkäslompolo, 3 km to the swimming area. Spacious and high-quality semi-detached log house apartment in the village of Äkäslompolo, in the Kaulavaara area. The apartment offers beautiful views from its windows and large veranda. Close to ski trails and the ski bus stop.

The apartment (built in 2005) features a cozy living room on the ground floor with a well-equipped open kitchen, large dining table, corner sofa, fireplace, and TV. There are two bedrooms (the larger with two 80 cm beds side by side, the smaller with a 180 cm double bed), a large sauna and bathroom with two showers, a separate toilet, and a utility room with a clothes drying cabinet, washing machine, and dryer. The spacious loft accommodates 4 people (140 cm double bed and two single beds), with comfortable living areas (sofa corner with TV, armchair group) and a bathroom with a toilet and a massage shower cabin. The terrace has a table and benches.

The apartment includes 2 TVs, a DVD player, and WiFi, with ample storage throughout. An air-source heat pump provides additional heating and cooling.

Child-friendly equipment includes a high chair, travel cot, potty, child safety gate, and baby bath.

In the outbuilding (shared by apartments A and B), there is storage for skis, 2 waxing benches, 3 kicksleds, sleds, and firewood.

schönes Haus, gute Lage

wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Haus. negative Punkte : wir hatten die erste halbe Woche kein Feuerholz !!! im Kühlschrank hat es kein Gefrierfach !

Weihnachtsurlaub

Tolles Haus, alles vorhanden an Küchenausstattung auch für ein Weihnachtsessen. Einkaufen war an allen Tagen möglich selbst Weihnachten und Silvester. Ein Trockenschrank für nasse Bekleidung, viel Stauraum für Winterbekleidung. Auch bei -35°C war das Haus überall warm, toll auch der große Duschraum, ein offener Kamin mit Brennholz ist vorhanden, Nebengebäude für Ski und der nahe Loipeneinstieg

top- alles vorhanden: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Trocknerschrank, Fernseher, WLAN, Mikrowelle, sehr gute Geräte. Sehr sauber, super Lage, Große Sauna mit sehr großzügigem Duschbereich. Bequeme Betten, reichlich Bettdecken u Kissen zur Auswahl. Eine kleine Kritik: es wäre besser und viel komfortabler, wenn man den Schlüssel zum Haus einem Schließfach vor dem Haus holen entnehmen könnte wie es z. T. dort auch üblich ist u nicht die Schlüssel beim Tourist Office holen müsste

Ein super Aufenthalt!

Es war herrlich. Das Blockhaus liegt nur ca. 1km vom Supermarkt entfernt und die Langlaufstrecken auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus war sehr sauber, einzig die Betten hätten einen besseren Bezug haben können. Die Küche war auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Sauna und Duschen super!
