Cancellation/Refund Policies: We always uphold our cancellation policies as we incur costs on our home regardless of if a guest shows up or not, which is why we have our cancellation policy as it is shown on the listing. When we travel we always opt for travel insurance. We suggest travel insurance from either the booking platform or externally so neither of us have to worry if anything disrupts your trip.

Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures when we can, however, we cannot grant them earlier than 24 hours in advance because they are based on availability, and if another guest is checking out or in that same day. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out are subject to additional fees.

External rental agreement will need to be signed after booking.

Victoria Park is a beautiful neighborhood bordered by Lake Ridge, Las Olas, City View and Sunrise Keys of Fort Lauderdale. The quaint Victoria Park is an upscale residential area reminiscent of Old Florida, with luxury estates and traditional 1930s “cracker” houses. Holiday Park has jogging trails, tennis courts, and playing fields, while Victoria Park draws water sports enthusiasts for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. ACCESS: Guests have access to the Main house, Cabana, Pool and Courtyard. There is an upstairs apartment above the Cabana that may be rented separately.
