Surfers Paradise by the sea just steps from shops, restaurants, the beach, pier and even night life.

* Small dog friendly (Must let host know in advance. A pet fee is required per pet, max 2 well behaved small dogs 25lbs or less).

Having 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 air mattress and 3 bathrooms we can host up 12 people at one time.

* Bedrooms:
Every room is spacious and comfortably designed with a closet, a large space and plenty of day light.

- Room number 1 has a rustic feel with a King size bed that is very comfy. New linens are set in place periodically. This bedroom is quiet and dark for late sleepers.

* Bedroom number 2 (Master Bedroom) has a comfortable King size bed facing the quiet and tropical back yard. a huge walk in bathroom Great location among palm trees and tropical lush where there is plenty of natural shade and lots of sun.

* Bedroom 3 has 2 comfortable full size beds and a large closet.

* Bedroom 4 has a Queen size bed, large widows giving you plenty of daylight and a large closet with its own private bathroom.

* Ground Floor:
Spectacular and inviting open floor plan that over looks the Main Street with a large parking area. It also has a full size bathroom in the hallway for guests.

* Living Room / Dining Room:
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a spacious open space that includes an open dining area that sits 6 and a large and comfortable living area equipped with a large 65" HD flat screen TV mounted on the wall making this spot perfectly suitable for watching your favorite shows or even enjoying your favorite sports channel. Big windows adorn the entire floor place allowing you to have plenty of natural lighting and an outside view that overlooks the pool and back yard lush at all times.

* Kitchen:
This impressive home showcases a large and spectacular fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need while on vacation and only requires you to bring your favorite foods, spices and drinks. In addition to the granite countertop and cooking space, this kitchen has a bar sitting area.

* Back Yard:
Here is the fun! Surfers Paradise has a private and large back yard with tables to eat and lounge chairs to catch a tan. This space is truly magnificent and its a perfect place to relax.

* BBQ:
How can you have a vacation without a BBQ? We care for you so we have included this amenity for you to enjoy.

I am here for you during your entire stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a text message or phone call away at any time.

* Neighborhood
Quiet family neighborhood close to the beach, shops, restaurants and even night life.

*Getting around

Pending on availability, to use it you MUST be minimum 23 years of age, sign a User Agreement, have a valid DL & Proof of Insurance. Red cart $330 for 2 days $455 for 3 days. Prices include taxes, delivery fee and home electricity to charge the cart.

* Additional rules:

We are not a pet friendly home, however, sometimes we may make an exception and all pets have a small $150 none refundable per pet fee (max 2 / 20 pounds or less pets only). Renter must let home owner and/or property manager know that he/she is bringing their fury companion along, failure to do so can result in a loss of your security deposit.

*** Please know that you are coming into a high end, calm, family oriented, noise sensitive beachie neighborhood where absolutely NO parties, NO gatherings or get togethers of any type with anyone outside the booking are allowed. The home is ONLY for the guests in the reservation, no-one else. Also, NO DJ’s, loud music, big speakers or noises allowed either. Broward County and the City of Ft. Lauderdale are very strict and have passed a new Noise Ordinance Curfew for all Vacation Rentals from 9pm till 9am. This means that after 9pm NO music is to be played in the back yard or pool area and any one outside must keep all conversations to a cell phone level to ensure we don’t disturb our neighbors whom understandably have work or kids that go to school or events the next day. Finally know that we do have security cameras on premises (Front entrance and driveway area & Back Yard pool area) video/audio recording 24/7 for the safety of our home and the tampering of any security system is considered a felony offense in the State of Florida and will also result in the termination of your reservation. By reserving our home you are agreeing to these terms.


* Please, we kindly ask that you DO NOT FLUSH down the toilet baby wipes, facial wipes, paper towels, Q-tips, cotton balls, feminine products, baby diapers, dental floss, receipts, clothing tags, etc… ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER. We thank you for your cooperation and please remember that if you clog it, you fish it or pay the plumber. A clog in the main drain due to this is no less than $250 to $350.

* Kitchen: Garbage disposal is NOT made to dispose lemons, peals, salads, large items or large amounts of foods. Rule of thumb to use a disposal is “If you can feed it to a baby you can dump it in the disposal”. Any clogs are 100% your responsability if a plumber has to be called out.

* Please keep in mind that our home day rate DOES NOT include electricity to charge Hybrid Vehicles, Electric Bicycles, Electric Scooters or Golf Carts from friends or other companies and/or any other type of electric vehicle. If for any reason this is your case please know that an additional $40 per day for usage of electricity will be charged separately

* We kindly ask that when using the pool or hot tub 1) no eating or drinking in the water. Alcohol changes the chemical balance of the water and 2) we kindly ask that you avoid going in with oils like body oils, sun tan lotions, sun block etc. These oils filter through the pump and clog the filter which will turn the water green. If this happens to you during your stay and pool or hot tub turns green it will result in a $250 fee to pay the pool company to treat, clean and re-chemical balance the pool and/or tub. DO NOT tamper with the pool equipment in any way. Doing so will result in the automatic loss of your security deposit.

* Please know that towels or linens are not intended to be used as mops, make up removers, rags etc. At the end of your stay any damaged, stained or missing linens will have a cost TBD to the number of missing or damaged items.

* Early check-ins are based on our calendar availability. In the given case home is available we can do a 2pm check in at no additional cost but if the check-in is between 12-2pm there is a $99 early check in fee and if between 10am and 12noon its $125 early check in fee.

* All Bachelorettes are happily welcomed however please keep in mind that If you’re bringing any decor it has to be wall friendly avoid extra charges due to damages. For example, we recommend carpenters tape (blue or beige) for the walls. We don't allow scotch tape, clear box tape, duck tape, 3m tape, double sided tape, dots, thumb tacks etc. all of these before mentioned peel paint off the walls and damages them. Also, absolutely no glitter please you have no idea the nightmare it is to clean that up and finally, no hanging items from our curtain rails 😎 Before leaving all decor, balloons and/or confetti will need to be cleaned up and disposed of. If we have to do this for you there will be an additional $100 charge.

Great property
My friends and I get together once a year in different cities and we all agreed this was our favorite house so far. The house was very clean, including the pool and hot tub, which we really appreciated. Beds and couches were comfortable. Close to the beach. Everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

The property was wonderful! We all had an Amazing time and got just what we paid for family time! Leo went out of his way on a busy week to accommodate us to the fullest! I would highly recommend this property!

THE WORST
My 17th time using VRBO. THE HOUSE. Hot tub takes an hour to heat. The uneven stones around the pool are hazardous to walk on. Eaves leak dirty water onto the furniture. The dirty furniture wobbles on the uneven stones. The neighbors' dogs bark all day. There are no instructions for the hot tub or tv remotes. Ceilings are stained. Lights are missing globes. AC vents are clogged with dirt. No cover on a kitchen plug. MB mattress is stained. Laminate floor is buckling. AC closet is filthy. MB shower needs caulk. Front bedroom gets no AC. Garage bedroom has a noisy portable AC. Walls, trim and doors need repair and paint. The list is endless. All hosts know the problems and deficiencies of their properties. Most correct them before renting. Some, like Leo, ignore them hoping you won't care. There is nothing this host could have done, at the time, to correct these deficiencies so, since no renter is obligated to occupy a property 24/7, we decided to spend our last 3 nights elsewhere and use this pool, hot tub and beach during the day. THE HOST. On move in day Leo 'never' replied to our 1pm text - he panics if you don't reply to his, immediately. On our last full day we arrived at 11am to find him poking around INSIDE the house. He has cameras, monitoring apps, and cleaner spies - that is not enough - he enters in a non-emergency without notice, our permission or our knowledge. This intrusion shocked and scared us. We refuse his credit. It may have tainted this honest review.

Generally Good Stay
Myself and 6 friends stayed here in early July. The location was great, right near the beach! and there was plenty of space for all 7 of us. The major issue we had was with the AC in the master bedroom toward the front of the house - the window unit sounded horrible when turned on and was definitely going to be a hazard if we had left it on. Unfortunately, for the entire stay that was unusable and that room did not receive AC from the central system (we checked the vent and nothing came out no matter what) so there was just one small ceiling fan keeping it bearable. It wouldn't have been an issue had it not been July in Miami! One other very small issue was that for a 4 day weekend of what was planned for 9 guests (ended up being 7), there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so we had to buy more while there. The hosts were communicative and the check in process was easy. Overall, the stay was fair and as long as you don't mind it being hot in the rooms during summer, it was a nice house.
