About this property
Tiny house experience! Re-discover Life, Love, Self and Peace
While this Pigeon Forge tiny home may look small, its central location allows for easy access to big adventures! Start your mornings off by sipping coffee on the front porch’s hammock, then drive less than 6 miles to explore local distilleries, Dollywood, or The Island in Pigeon Forge. Come evening, return to this 1-bathroom studio to fire up the charcoal grill and stream a movie on the Smart TV. No matter how you spend your time, this vacation rental ensures your trip will be one to remember!
This tiny house is all of 200 sq ft with a ladder to the loft bed and a pull-out futon. Being that every space in this house is utilized there is no sink in the bathroom making the kitchen sink "the SINK". House is located on a steep driveway with a flat parking surface at the top of the hill. This place although small brings a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Cozy up near the electrical fireplace on those chilly nights, or read a book on the porch hammock.
Please stay away from the ruins of the old house which burned in the 2016 fires.
I will be happy to help if questions arise during your stay. Please feel free to use the platform to message me.
Close proximity to neighbors although a little more private. Property next door is owned by same owner and can be booked together for more space.
Will need own transportation to get around. Roads are icy and dangerous during inclement weather.
In inclement weather roads may become icy and chains my be needed.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this tiny adorable cottage! We enjoyed drinking coffee sitting on the porch watching the birds and squirrels play. I believe our little schnauzer enjoyed his stay as much as we did. Looking forward to our next stay!

My husband and I came to Pigeon Forge as the second part of our week vacation and we were so happy with our stay! The tiny house is adorable, and in a beautiful mountain location. Once we got used to the twisty drive up/down, we loved it. Great location and views, and the host was very communicative and helpful. We’d definitely recommend!

We came to the mountains to celebrate my girls graduating from prek and kindergarten and had a great time in this tiny cabin! My kiddos enjoyed going up and down the loft and picking up the rocks in the walk way outside looking for bugs. Perfect for a small family or couple getaway!

Anna, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We hope you choose us again on your next stay to the Smoky Mountains.
Good small area that was cute. The manager was very easily to get a hold of and it was very clean. Do you want to bring mosquito spray that would be the only thing that I can think of that I would’ve done differently great place.

Thank you, Larry, I am glad to hear you all enjoyed your stay.
Located on top of a hill/ mountain, this little cottage was just what I needed. The location was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean including the bathroom and kitchenette. We only had one problem with the bedsheets as dog hair didnt come out in the wash but there was 2 more sets of sheets so we just changed them out. The cottage had everything as advertised. I would stay here again.

Thank you Matt for staying with us. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I did speak to my cleaner and we strive to do better.
This tiny house is no joke! But, it was perfect for a single person or couple that isn't planning to spend a lot of time in their cabin. It was a functional space and was a great price. Just keep in mind that the bed is up a very tall ladder and can be tricky to climb down, and the space between the bed and the roof is low. Can be a bit challenging for tall people! But the futon was a fine alternative. Location js close to Pigeon Forge strip and about 30 mins from Gatlinburg. The road to get to the cabin is steep and very curvy, need to be a confident driver. Overall, had a great tims!

About the host
Hosted by Melinda MCKenna
Hello and welcome! We are a family of seven, and we’ve had some amazing travels. We have had some adventures as a large family with five wonderful children. From camping in national parks to beach vacations and international trips, we’ve worked hard to cultivate a sense of wonder and curiosity in our children. We’ve always encouraged our kids to embrace new experiences—whether snorkeling, surfing in the ocean, hiking up a mountain, or wandering through a new city. We’ve had the joy of witnessing our children’s eyes light up as they’ve stood in awe of breathtaking landscapes or learned something new from the places we’ve visited. We’ve traveled across the country, explored many of the great national parks, and even ventured outside the U.S. on a few memorable trips. Each adventure teaches us all to appreciate the beauty of nature. A few years ago, we found a place that captured everything we love about the outdoors—our mountain home. Nestled in a quiet, scenic area, it quickly became a special retreat for our family. Here, we’ve enjoyed countless moments together—whether it's gathering around the fire pit, watching sunsets, or listening to the sounds of nature. Our mountain home offers not just a place to rest, but a connection to the natural beauty that surrounds us. The hot tub has been the setting for late-night talks under the stars, while the game room has seen plenty of friendly family competitions. We’ve shared stories around the fire pit, watched fireworks from the sunroom, and built countless memories in this space that we now love sharing with others. One of the greatest joys in our lives has been sharing the beauty of our mountain home with others. Over the years, we’ve hosted families and friends, and each guest has brought something special to the home. We love hearing stories of how our guests have made memories here—whether it’s enjoying the breathtaking views from the sunroom, relaxing in the hot tub, or exploring the surrounding area.
