This Key West style home on Siesta Key is available for the first time in several years and is ideal for relaxing in the Florida sun or exploring all that the Gulf Coast has to offer. The light, airy property has been beautifully furnished. The large pool (No functional hot tub - just a sitting area) and gardens complement the home's holiday feel while the numerous internal areas for relaxing and socializing leave plenty of room for all. A large and extensively equipped kitchen/diner and huge balcony leaves you spoiled for choices for both internal or external dining and relaxing. All that Siesta Key and Sarasota has to offer is at your doorstep. Siesta Key Village (many restaurants/cafes) and the award winning Siesta Key beach are minutes away by car (or by bike if you feel energetic).

I came to the Siesta Key area by happenstance. My son enrolled in IMG Academy in nearby Bradenton to pursue his dream of playing professional baseball and we took the opportunity to get to know the surrounding area.
We fell in love with Siesta Key and have been spending more and more time here.

Why they chose this property
We looked for several months before we were lucky enough to purchase this beautiful home. Its oversized pool, perfect location (it's at the north end of the key so you avoid most of the traffic), proximity to the village and beach (less than a mile), as well as the quiet, serene neighborhood. You really couldn't ask for more.
What makes this property unique
First and foremost is the oversized pool. The Key and surrounding areas are amazing but sometimes you just want some privacy and serenity. That's what 229 Ogden gives you!
It's close enough to all the attractions but gives you the flexibility to duck out and enjoy the peace and quiet with your loved ones.
