Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “High Tide”… a cozy 5 bedroom 4 bath vacation home with an awesome outdoor lounge area! This ranch style home sleeps up to 11. It is located in the heart of Siesta Key and is just minutes from world famous Siesta Key Beach and Siesta Key Village.

“High Tide” is less than 500 yards to secluded Shell Beach! When you don’t have your toes buried in the fine white sand sun bathing with friends and family, relax on the large private pool patio. Plenty of room for everyone to relax under the lush tropical palm landscape or take a swim into the heated pool and spa. Kick back in the evenings around the propane fire-pit and enjoy cooking on the grill. This home features 3 master bedrooms with attached full bathrooms. Both of which have direct access to outdoor patio. A fourth bedroom has a private outdoor sitting area accessed through a sliding glass door. All bedrooms (except bunk bed room) are fitted with large smart TVs. Have fun cooking and eating in the updated kitchen with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee brewed from either of the 2 provided coffee makers (12 cup drip and Keurig or keg cups). Enjoy your coffee and breakfast sitting at the outdoor dining table while you admire the morning sun shine through the Florida palm trees. Your paradise is closer than you think, we look forward to having you as a guest.

“High Tide” can accommodate up to 10 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather should naturally heat the pool. Pool temps are not guaranteed. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
The spa has a timer of 3 hours, once turned on and can be run at any time and will heat to 100º

PET POLICY: This home has a $20/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Excellent gathering place

Open concept living area, kitchen and dining made entertaining so much fun! Add the outside space with pool, hot tub, fire pit, grilling and dining area and you won’t want to leave!

Perfect property for an escape from the snow.

Easy access to all Sarasota

We were there for Ringling graduation week, and were able to enjoy fantastic food in the area, and explore 4 of the beaches. The pool/hot tub were great to come back to each evening. The house was quite comfortable and well stocked with everything we could need.

Great property and accommodations. Pool and hottub were the hotspots for the adult kids. For large groups cooking was a little difficult due to minimal supplies.

Family Beach Trip

This house is fantastic! The size of the bedrooms and number of bathrooms make it very comfortable for a large group. Owners were very accommodating. Shell Beach was a disappointment, we ended up driving into town each day to enjoy the beaches.

Perfect for large family

Our stay couldn’t have been better! We all were very comfortable in our rooms; the wide open space of the living room, kitchen and dining room overlooking the 3 sliding glass doors overlooking the swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor grill & bar were fantastic. We were within a short driving distance to Siesta Key Beach which is absolutely beautiful and close to dining and shopping areas. Our family would definitely love to return for another vacation. Amazing property

Property was beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. Everything is very well kept. Location is perfect only a bike ride or 3 minute drive to the village. Pool and hot tub are both great. Definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful home conveniently located to the siesta beaches and restaurants. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The fire pit is an awesome plus. We had a few maintenance issues with it being newly renovated, but everything was fixed in a timely manner. Overall very relaxing.

Great family house.

This house was perfect for our family! We had plenty of space and we loved the outdoor patio, hot tub & pool. The house is close to everything. I would only suggest that the fan in the bunk bed room be moved to a different spot.

This property is very accommodating for a large family or group. We loved that everyone had their own beds to sleep in and bathrooms. The house was clean and looks just like the pictures. The outdoor patio area and pool were wonderful as was the location. Trey (Property Manager) was very responsive. We loved this area of FL and will definitely stay at this property again.
