In the village of Katel Novi, this inviting holiday home welcomes you with many lovely amenities. The accommodation consists of two separate living units that are connected by an external staircase. It is therefore ideal for large families and families of friends travelling together. The accommodation units are beautifully and cosily furnished and provide the perfect setting for cooking and games evenings with billiards. There is also an outdoor barbecue where you can prepare a variety of delicious meals on the beautiful terrace. You can also enjoy your private pool, which promises many hours of swimming fun and cooling off on warm summer days. An 80 metre long driveway leads to the beautiful house, on whose grounds you will find plenty of parking spaces.



Pack your beach bag in the morning and walk the few 100 metres to the pebble beach. Jump into the crystal-clear water and enjoy the waves of the Adriatic. Visit Trogir and Split, the world-famous historic city and UNESCO World Heritage Site, which offers various activities and entertainment for young and old. The airport is only a stone's throw away and promises you a comfortable journey.

Lovely villa. Really clean. All appliances and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Needed to call owner on day 1 but were there within the hour to correct. Cold meats and drinks left on first day which was really welcome since it was a Sunday and only a couple of supermarkets open. Pool cleaned every day. Close to Split airport so some expected noise but didn’t spoil our stay. Parking for up to 5 cars. Lovely walk to kastela stari where we ate in a couple of nice restaurants the Dupine was our favourite. Would definitely stay again.

Hjälpsamma trevliga värdar som dukat upp ett bord med massa bröd, dryck och pålägg då vi anlände rätt sent på kvällen. Enda aningen negativa var att angivna avstånd måste vara fågelvägen och man fick gå längre eftersom gatorna var tokigt dragna med många återvändsgränder. Men absolut ett hus värt att hyra.
