Villa 36A provides holidays ideal for families or big group of friends. If you are looking for place away from city noise but near the beach and short ride away from Split, Villa 36A is perfect for you. Villa has simple garden, parking places, 5 bedrooms, terrace and balcony, kitchen, dining room, living room and 6 bathrooms. It is ideal for 12 persons.

The garden is beautifully and simply decorated and has barbeque. Exit to the terrace is through the living room and dining room. The terrace and balcony have suitable garden furniture that can also be used for dining.
The ground floor is open space, decorated with a large kitchen and living room, between which stretches a dining area. There is also a separate bathroom.
On the first and second floor there are 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Two bedrooms have access to large balcony overlooking the sea, two beds and a private bathroom. Other two bedrooms have a double bed and a private bathroom. .
In the basement there is another bedroom with private bathroom and double bed. The room and bathroom have windows to have natural daylight. Each bedroom is air-conditioned
If you have a baby, there is a baby cot available that can be placed in any room.
All rooms have air conditioning to make it completely comfortable to stay in the house in the summer months.
On the roof area there is access to the terrace with amazing and unobstructed view over Adriatic sea and islands. Roof terrace is equipped with pool-spa perfect for relaxing and overlooking the sea, also sunbeds and siting area for your maximum pleasure.

Villa 36A has two outside security cameras overlooking ONLY the parking area.
Pool-spa is not available during cold autumn/winter months.

Villa 36A offers special moments at any time of the year and is ideal for family holiday, celebrations, events and business meetings.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: A damage deposit of 500€ in cash is mandatory for all groups upon arrival. If no damage occurs, the deposit will be fully refunded at check out.

Guest is obliged to pay all damage costs incurred during the stay.
