Average
Was a clean place.Parking was the only thing a bit confusing. We didn’t know it was a double rental. Cars out front of house look abandoned and yard was nothing compared to photos. But it was average.
Super cute cottage feel. Clean, simple and updated. Owners were very responsive to any and all needs. Private backyard and cute covered port h a bonus!
Overall a great little place to stay. Communication was perfect. If something was needed, they were quick to take care of it. Parking got a bit confusing and the beds are a bit hard, but other than that, we really enjoyed this house.
Enjoyed our stay at this home. Was plenty room for the 4 of us. Would have been nice to have one more bathroom but we made it work! The faucet in the bathroom was loose but my uncle is a handy man so he fixed that. Was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It's located in a very convenient area as well.
Owner was very responsive and the house had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds which is really important for us!

Misleading Information
We received misleading information about the address of the property, leading us to suspect possible fraud. It apparently wasn't, but the switching of property addresses is not good. We also didn't receive check-in information in a timely manner. We were travelling from a distance and needed the information earlier.
Review:
This vrbo was so cozy, fits a few friends comfortably! The kitchen is huge and well stocked with stuff you need if you wanted to cook a meal! The neighborhood is quiet and parking is available for 2-3 cars easy. Also so many local food restaurants/fast food and grocery stores near by! So close to hiking spots and Salem, OR! I would definitely stay here again! Only thing to make a side note about is that the beds are Full size!
We stayed at this house when we were in Oregon for my sister's celebration of life. It was a very cozy, beautifuly set up house. It was set up with everything we needed down to a fan in the bedrooms. The back yard was beautiful. All around it was a great place to stay for our family.

Not very impressed
The home was ok. Newly remodeled which was nice but we did have some issues. First of all this listing is not a single family home/entire property to yourself as it is described. It is a shared duplex and they had guests staying in the other side too. Those guests took our parking spot. Also inside the home there is only one bathroom off the kitchen (which is fine - we didn’t mind that) but there are no blinds or any kind of privacy over the windows in the kitchen. Thirdly the rug in the living room is a tripping hazard as it did not have any kind of backing to keep it laying flat - my 2 year old tripped a couple times. The neighborhood is also having construction done on the streets so they are torn up quite a bit. Overall our stay was just not what we were hoping for.
