Amazing stay, perfect weekend trip with family and young kids. Everything we needed for a StayCation. First and second floor has washer and dryer, which was very convenient for a family of 14. Two long tables that was perfect to sit my family. Best of both worlds having a pool and a hot tub. The views were breathtaking and the firepit for great conversation and warmth. Absolutely stunning! The view is EVERYTHING! Our retreat group of nine had a fantastic experience. It was magical to have a full ocean view from the main and top floors and all the various seating areas. We roasted marshmallows at the firepit, swam in the pool, used the hot tub and walked to the lighthouse all easily. Great spaces for everyone (although downstairs half bath was small). Our chef loved the kitchen. Desni & Steve were very quick to respond to everything. We hated to say goodbye.

Very thoughtful layout and having features like two sets of dishwashers / dryers / washing machines make it easy to accomodate larger parties. Unparalleled views and access to nearby beaches is quite good. Those requiring internet access should be aware that the WiFi can be spotty, and you may want to bring bagged ice to the home since the ice makers in the refrigerators have limited capacity. Hosts were highly responsive throughout the experience. Highly recommend this property.

Stunning property with breathtaking views of the water and amazing location about a 15 minute walk to shops/ downtown York. The beds were also super comfortable and the hot tub was glorious!!!!!

Wonderful property. Beautiful home right on the ocean. Our family enjoyed the pool, game room, hot tub and the stunning views. The hosts provided a lot of helpful information about the house itself and things to do and see in the surrounding area. They made the stay easy and enjoyable.

Perfect location for spending time with family. Game room/movies downstairs and large open space on main floor for dining/relaxing (by the fire), all with amazing views. Also bedroom suites throughout with unique and beautiful views. Recommend the top floor east facing suite personally. So close to home for us but still felt like a big vacation!

This is an amazing home. The views from so many of the rooms are incredible, better than the photos. The outdoor amenities were favorites and with more fantastic views! It was a short walk to beach and town. The house was very clean, comfortable beds and stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive to any questions. It was a really comfortable home for our large family group of four generations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to return!

The location is great! Easy walk to beach, town, light house, restaurants and a great ice cream shop. Pool was great, clean, warm, nice furniture. The property is showing it’s age. One dishwasher is in poor shape. Definitely needs interior painting. Steps to backside where garbage cans are looks like it needs repairs. Furniture and bedding could use an update. The downstairs game room was great on our one rainy day. We would gather at the round tables for cards and board games every day
