Communication was great. Any issues we had were resolved immediately. appreciate it having a lot of towels however there could’ve been more explanation of how to work the TV. It would’ve been nice to be able to hang up clothes in the closet. We loved how the house was fixed up and we felt at home.

Great little house. Old charm but modernized and really well designed and decorated. Very clean, close to town and great communication with host. We were in town for a dance competition and this place was perfect as a home base.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was cozy, comfortable, and stocked with so many thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. The location was one of our favorite parts. It’s within walking distance of charming shops, restaurants, and a few cute spots to hang out. There was even a special weekend event in the nearby park walking distance from the house. It’s also only about 10 minutes from the interstate, making it easy to get to Concord Mills and explore the surrounding area.If you’re looking for a relaxing place that’s both peaceful and conveniently located, this cottage is a great choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Kitchen could use a couple of non stick ceramic skillets. Hot tub currently wasn't working, but that was ok with us.

Relaxing, peaceful neighborhood. Close to all the amenities. We found our home away from home and plan to make this the place we stay whenever we visit. Very clean and the host was very nice and easy to get a hold of.

Weekend stay for renn fair.

Cute and clean property close to down town kannapolis. Plenty to eat and see when in town for an event. Easy check in and minimal asks for cleaning up on check out day. Highly recommend. It is a tight neighborhood so there was a little noise early in the mornings but nothing I would consider a bother unless you're very sensitive to noise.

Race weekend getaway!!!

The property was exactly as described. The host was very helpful and responded to us in a timely manner. Excellent location and in close proximity to Charlotte Motor Speedway. We were very comfortable and had all amenities you could ask for.
