Our Hosts were great and welcoming. The home was perfect for our visit to Kannapolis! Plenty of room and all the amenities we needed! Everything is brand new and clean! So much better than trying to find a hotel in the area.

The Birch Home was just like advertised. Perfect and peaceful as well as close to everything possible. We felt like home while our stay. The home itself I very well organized and provided much amenities as well. Thank you for hosting your home.

The host were very welcoming and accommodating. What stood out…SNOWMAGGEDON! The house did not have many kitchen staples. Most VRBO’s I’ve stayed at have pantry items left by previous occupants that helps with staples etc. The coffee pot made only 2-3 cups of coffee it was so small. A regular size one would be great. There were no baking dishes to make cinnamon rolls etc. The house has had some rough visitors before us, leaving the house as a well lived in feeling. When it was new it was beautiful, that I am sure of. The location was perfect for us. I give it 4 stars because it was clean. Thank you for letting us visit. I am not angry in any way. Just disappointed because I know you want it to be as perfect a stay as possible.
