Nice place, Great Owner

This home has a lot of amenities. The owner was great as the Vrbo site was having issues and was able to get hold of him personally. Great communication.

Enjoyed the property

The house and property were beautiful. We were in town to see family so we really only slept there and had coffee in the morning. But the owner communicates well and is very responsive. I would recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful stay!

Not only is this home beautiful & cozy, it is within short distance of restaurants and shopping. Short drive to downtown Tampa as well. Richard, is an amazing host who made us feel like family and not just guest. The open communication he kept with us made everything easy from checking in to checking out. Our two boys enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Overall, a great place to stay!! - The Sarabia family

Riverview home

Had some technical issues with VRBO. Host quickly communicated with us through other channels. a smoke alarm with the beep -beep -beep low battery indicator went off in the middle of our stay. It was mounted on a 12 foot ceiling that we couldn’t reach. anyone who’s ever had that knows how annoying it can be. Host Richard came out at 10 o’clock at night to fix it for us so we could sleep in the master bedroom.

Great stay in Riverview

This property has great amenities! The pool and hot tub were a great place to cool off or relax in the evenings. The interior decor is very well thought out and makes you feel right at home! Richard is very easy to get a hold of to turn the hot tub on or should you have any issues. Overall, we had a great stay!
