This 2650 sf hidden gem sits on 2.4 acres filled with LIVE OAK trees and beautiful azaleas and camellias(seasonal). Open floor plan with 2 living spaces and HUGE kitchen countertop.
RELAX by the pool(not heated)(SPA/HOT TUB IS NOT FUNCTIONAL), FISH in the pond(bring uryour own gear and beware of GATORS), and expect to see bird species and possibly other critters or even OWLS hooting at night. A VERY COMFORTABLE home!

You cannot unplug the WiFi router under any circumstance. $575 fee will apply plus the cost of having someone go out there and plug back in.
