Great location, host and set up

We loved the apartment and location. Great neighborhood. Lots of fantastic restaurants, parks, and shopping. Near grocery store. Used as a base for exploring Mexico City and surrounding areas. Loved coming back to hang out at the pool. Felt very safe and informed. The host responds quickly and gives great info. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus too.

Wonderful escape in CDMX!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful vacation with plenty of room for our family of 4 with two teens for 9 nights. The condo was clean, spacious, safe and well stocked. The neighborhood was absolutely perfect with restaurants and two parks within close walking distance. We walked or took Ubers to all of our desired museums and sights. We used the rooftop gym and pool every morning. The information provided by the owner was especially helpful. We highly recommend and will definitely return.

Clean, easy, safe

This was a nice property in Mexico City. First time to the city, so I was unsure about where to stay. I chose this location because of the restaurants nearby, generally safe neighborhood, and the pool on the roof. The place was just as described. Horacio was present and able to answer questions along the way. Clean, no smoke smells, some noise from neighbors but definitely not a "party" type noise... just people living. :) Would go back - thank you!

It is nice to have a bussiness where you can also relate to people and support them while far away from home. Also running a fun Ferrari rental business for guests and people who love test driving.

Why they chose this property

Colonia Condesa is the Hipster neighborhood that you must visit. Everything can be obtained by walking, shops, restaurants, galleries, self-service, bicycle lanes, and a thousand other things. In front of Parque España and a few steps from Parque México. A few minutes from Reforma. The most vibrant neighborhood in Mexico City. If you go sightseeing, everything is close by, the museums, the Angel, Col Roma, Polanco, you can visit them all on foot or by bike. Not to mention the new terraces where the DJs put on the best atmosphere. You will also enjoy its famous Art Deco architecture and its corridors on the streets of Amsterdam. If you are an athlete, you are going to love it.

The property is a cosy condo with all the works, but what really stands out are 3 things: the Roof top Heated Pool with Snack bar and Gym, with an Amazing view to the city, the location at the heart of Condesa, which allows you to do most of your touristing on foot, and the reliable 24/7 security at lobbys and common areas.
