Amazing 5 Star with AC Condo, Great Location & Rooftop Pool

Outdoor gym located on the Rooftop !!    Wifi 500 MbpsThis Condo has great advantages starting with the fact that it has a private office with printer and office accessories like a proyector with a screem, just connect your lap top and start working without interruptions!  When you leave the office, let yourself be pampered on the internal terrace with natural wicker furniture and a small table where you can sit and rest, read, smoke or have a drink. It has warm lighting that makes it very comfortable. Some steps further you enter the apartment, there is an Italian dining room overlooking the terrace, making the view wider. Next to the dining room is a very thin and firm Italian leather living room. There you will find magazines and games to entertain or chat with your companions. The kitchen is on the right,  you have everything to prepare food or drinks and sit immediately in the dining or living room. Further down is a corridor with a Japanese curtain that gives more privacy to the two rooms. In both rooms you will find large closets and shelves for your belongings. These were custom made for your comfort. In the main room is the King Bed with a bureau on each side. In front there is a screen with Cable TV and DVD Service (at the private office you have movies at your disposal!). The head of this bedroom is Italian dressed in suede, very soft to the touch, and very elegant. You also have a large mirror that makes the room look more spacious since on the right there is a small internal terrace with ornamental plants (there is no access to this terrace, there are only plants). The bathroom has a dressing room and the basics you need for your personal hygiene. The second room has two beds, one double and one single, this so that if you go with your partner, they can sleep together! And if they are two friends, they can use both beds, great, right?
The second bathroom is for the secondary room and also has the basics for your personal hygiene.The Condo is in front of the Spain park and 1 block from the Mexico park, you can do everything on foot or by bike. You can also take the Turibus to visit the tourist areas of the city. Two blocks away is the Metrobus on Avenida de los Insurgentes. For longer distances you can use Uber or Didi. The prices are cheap.Roof Garden with incredible view! Green areas, outdoor gym, heated pool overlooking the Spain park, Business center, Snack Bar with home delivery and Pool service . Hamacs, eating tables, ping pong, bathrooms, the works. The pool is heated 24 hours! perfect choice to relax and sunbath before heading home.Snack Bar is open from 11 am to 6 pm. They have a fairly large and healthy menu for all ages. The margaritas and coctails are amazing. The building has Valet Parking at no additional cost, just leave your car and they park it in their designated drawer.You also have a parking lot plus all the amenities that the building has. Take advantage of them! You will see that it is incredible to stay in a place with so many amenities, the best views and sunsets, especially in autumn and winter. Everything is very close so you can go on foot, scooter or bicycle. The area has special roads for biking.
