Fully equipped, it has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee machine. Still on the ground floor, you will access two first bedrooms: the first has a double bed (140/190) and the second two single beds (80/190). You will also access a first bathroom.



On the level below, in the garden level, you will access two other bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (140/190) and a single bed (90/190), and the second with a bunk bed with a double bed at the bottom (140/190) and a single bed on top (90/190). The second bathroom, with its toilet, is also accessible at this level.

You will access the garden and terrace directly from this space.



For more comfort, the house has a washing machine, an iron with its ironing board. You can store up to 10 bicycles on the land.

A parking space is available free of charge in front of the house.
