Everything was fine, We had different activities scheduled daily, but also enjoyed plenty of time in and relaxing around the pool. Noelia did make us a very delicious authentic dinner including upside down pineapple cake.After a long day touring the caves and Mayan ruins in the rain, her lovely warm homemade meal was Perfect!!The grounds and the pool area were always attended to daily by Jose. The place was charming and the hosts were lovely.

The house was exceptionally nice & clean. The airport pick up included in the price was on time & efficient. Our driver stopped at grocery store on way to the property so we could pick up a few staples like coffee, beer & water. We had requested golf carts to be delivered to the house by arrival & they were there waiting for us. We were meet by caretaker, Jose, & his wife Noelia, who provided thorough information about the property & the area. Our golf carts were clean & in very good condition. We had a wonderful meal at home this first night. We used the tour guide company recommended by the property manager, Ali Mermaid Adventures & they went above & beyond for 3 FULL days of Belizean fun. They will be reviewed separately. My only complaint is the dock is completely unusable. Damaged quite badly. You can't even get onto it from land. We had arranged for fishing guides to pick us up there & for Parasailing to take off right from our property. We were not informed or warned about this. It wasn't until we went out to the dock that evening to "drop a pin" for our fishing guide the next morning that we discovered this wasn't possible. We feel we should have been warned. We were able to use adjacent docks at the nearby Dive Shop but required us to haul equipment down there. We cancelled the Parasailing as we didn't want to travel all the way into town for this. We have heard that repair of the dock is in the near future plans. The pool was a nice bonus!

Beautiful property

A wonderful, beautiful property. Noelia and Jose looked after us and helped us out with any questions we had about the island. Lots of room to spread out for group of 8-10.

Amazing Stay

The property is absolutely amazing and sits right in between downtown San Pedro and Secret Beach. The onsite "concierge" Noelia and Jose are amazing. They keep everything stocked and Noelia even cooked us dinner one night. We will certainly be back.

Paradise Found!!

Coastal Breezes was a perfect place for our family group to stay. While the big beach house provided a gathering place for us to hang out, the separate cabanas offered private spaces too. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise views and gentle breezes was amazing! The pool was an added bonus! Jose and Noelia are the best hosts anyone could ask for. They were so kind and hospitable and very helpful to us in making reservations and offering suggestions. And Noelia is an awesome cook! Highly recommend Coastal Breezes!

House was amazing. Sunrise from the bedrooms/deck is unbeatable. Caretakers Jose and Noelia were the absolute best. Nice quiet spot away from the center of town.

Wonderful stay!

Our family just returned and we had a wonderful time! Jose and Noelia are the best and made sure our trip was relaxing and stress free. Noelia also cooked the most amazing meal for us. The property is beautiful, private, lush and immaculately clean. We had so much fun fishing from the pier, relaxing in the pool, kayaking to the reef to snorkel and enjoying our morning coffee on the expansive wrap around porch that looks out to the ocean. We can’t wait to go back!

Girls trip unbelizeable!

This is an amazing property. I hope to go back and take the family. The property management team and the onsite care takers make the traveling and excursion arrangements a breeze. If you are considering a trip to Belize stay here! Noella and Jose are wonderful and she cooked us an amazing meal.

A nice stay

We are a family of 6, 2 teens and 4 adults. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Place is very spacious and probably could hold another 3-4 people. The on-site staff were very friendly and helpful. It's on the north side of the island. With a gold cart, we didn't feel too hard to get around and were able to find good restaurants nearby. The house is sitting on the beach and made our morning walks easy and peaceful. Would definitely come back.

Amazing location for an AMAZING vacation!!

We had a fantastic stay at Coastal Breezes - Noelia and Jose are fantastic caretakers of not only the properly but any needs you may have during your stay. The three separate casitas worked perfect for our party - we could all be together but have our own space. Belize was a bucket list vacation for our family and Costal Breezes was the cherry on top! The caretakers of the property were wonderful and helped us out every step of the trip. Felt very comfortable during our stay. Great house with a great view. Couldn’t swim at the beach off property due to sea grass, but our excursion with Clinton provided the most amazing experience!!

Fabulous Belize Beachside Home

The property was as fabulous as described. There were wonderful on site caretakers. A huge plus was that you could go out your dock and join diving and snorkeling tours. Communication with the property owners was a breeze.

The ocean view was wonderful. Watching the sun come up. Everything was set ready for our visit! Noel and Jose met us and toured the home and casita. Such an amazing retreat! Wonderful girls getaway! Absolutely all details were taken care of by the hosts. Arrival and departure pick up, burrito delivery, snorkeling adventure, golf cart rental. Jose and Noelia are such wonderful people who look after everything. We loved getting to know the, Noelia’s cooking was amazing! The photos do not do justice to this amazing retreat. We loved the ability to have our own space, but also to spend time together at the pool, the beach, the deck, the living area. Thank you so much, we would definitely consider a return visit

The location is very quiet. Onsite site staff were amazing, but still allowed us to have quiet enjoyment of the property. Pre-arrival information and contacts provided made arrival very easy. After our flight home was cancelled, Jose was so helpful to organize alternatives.

Un-Belize-able!!!

My family of 8, (ages 8 - 73) has been singing praises since our fantastic time at the Coastal Beeze property. The pool was perfect. Our three families each had our own space but utilized the main house and the pool for group hang outs. The mornings on the porch were perfect for sunrises, the food made by the house hostess was amazing and feed us several times, and the excursions were incredible. I highly recommend this location. Perfect distance from secret beach, a nice 20 min golf cart ride to the truck stop, and 10 more min to the city. Quiet but near a few great places to eat and grab morning coffees (Tropical Escape & The Winey Gringa). It was the perfect trip that we made the best memories at. Thanks for everything!!!
