Why they chose this property
The property is primarily set up for guests and consists of four independent apartments and one house. The apartments are newly built and have their own private entrance and private patio. Each apartment space has 131 sq. ft. / 40 sq. m. available for your comfort.
✔ All bulbs are smart LED (the power intensity outside is reduced when no motion), the string lights in the patio are solar powered, the cameras are solar powered, the Air-conditioners and refrigerator are inverter, the TVs are on energy saving mode, the toilets are water efficient and the plants use drip system (base on weather condition) to save on water usage. The garbage collection company provides recycling services at their plant. All these efforts is our part to be eco-friendly and we would like you to assist us in this effort to use water and electricity very consciously.
