The house is located in a beautiful location in nature only 5 km from the sea and seaside resort Crikvenica in Kvarner Bay. The ideal house for families or for those who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Guests can switch off from everyday life and discover the true relationship with unspoiled nature.
The large outdoor area offers a beautiful private pool with sun terrace and a gazebo (30m2) with a large grill, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Pool terrace surrounded by walls has loungers, pool shower and parasols.
The in-house parking lot is available to our guests. Free WIFI.
Living space of approx. 200m2 is distributed over 2 floors and each floor has its own entrance.
On the ground floor there is a family room with 2 separate bedrooms for 3 people (1 double and 1 single) and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
in the 1th floor there are living room with a comfortable seating area, LCD TV with satellite programs, kitchen with dining area and balcony, 2 double rooms and 1 twin room, 2 bathrooms with shower and laundry.
A few stairs lead you from the living room - balcony to the pool terrace.

Perfect house for families

We spent our summer holidays in this beautiful house with 2 families. The contact with the host is super-kind and helpful. Highlight for us was the outdoor kitchen with the BBQ. Plenty of space for all the guests.

Great stay in Crikvenica ! Highly recommended ;-)

I really recommend all families to come and visit Crikvenica. Beautiful environment with lots of outdoor activities. The house is only 5 km (10 min) from the city center. Very calm and green location. 20 min drive to Rijeka airport

Nah an der Natur

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool und die Außenküche wurden von uns sehr gern genutzt.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in Grizane war traumhaft schön. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt.Martina war nicht nur am Tag der Anreise vor Ort sondern hat uns während des Urlaubs immer auf Anfrage Empfehlungen mitgeteilt.Das Haus war perfekt für zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern.Es ist ruhig gelegen und in 10 Minuten ist man in der Stadt oder am Strand. Die Outdoorküche ist ein Traum. Wir hatten das Glück das wir alle Mahlzeiten dort zubereiten konnten. Und über den riesigen Pool brauchen wir nicht sprechen. Die Kinder haben ihn geliebt und es war schwer sie Abends dort wieder rauszubekommen.Wir hoffen sehr auf ein Wiedersehen!

We hadden een heerlijke tijd!

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. De ontvangst was hartelijk, de gastvrouw was behulpzaam en bereikbaar via whatsapp. De advertentie komt overeen met de werkelijkheid. De kinderen hebben zalig gespeeld in het zwembad, dat een leuke diepte heeft. De buitenkeuken was super, de kamers net.

Sehr schön, der Pool für alle das Highlight aber der Lebensmittelpunkt die Aussenküche. Alles war super sauber und toll ausgestattet. Familien Urlaub

Wir haben 10 tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wir haben dieses Haus mit 2 Familien bewohnt und haben gemeinsam die außen Küche genutzt. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt zum runterkommen vom Alltag, der Pool noch die Kirsche auf dem Sahnehäubchen! Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden was man so braucht Handtücher, seife, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer und vieles mehr. Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir würden aufjedenfall nochmal kommen! Sehr zu empfehlen! Kontakt sehr nett, unkompliziert und sehr bemüht! War ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Ein wunderbares Haus für Familien und enstpannen

Wie waren Anfang Juli 2023 elf Tage mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder im Alter zwischen 7-13 Jahren) in diesem tollen Domizil. Im und um das Haus herum mangelt es an nichts. Wir haben gefühlt das Innenleben des Hauses nur zum Schlafen genutzt, da der Außenbereich (hier vor allem die Außenküche und der Pool) "the place to be" war. Wir haben uns allesamt fantastisch erholt. Dazu trugen auch Sinisa und Martina als hervorragende Gastgeber bei. Stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und einfach nett! Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen - auch bzw. vor allem in der Kombination mit zwei Familien. Wir empfehlen aufgrund der Lage des Hauses ein Auto zur Verfügung zu haben, um Ausflüge und Einkäufe besser erledigen zu können. Wir hatten welche dabei und konnten so auch die Nähe und Ausflüge zu diversen Stränden oder der Insel Krk genießen.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir waren Anfang Juni mit zwei Familien und kleinen Kindern (1,2,3 Jahre) vor Ort. Der Vermieter Sinisa war sehr nett und freundlich. Es war alles vorhanden und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Von Kaffeefilter, Messer, Geschirr ohne Ende, Kohlen für den Grill, Holz, viele Handtücher, Babystuhl, ... Man kann sich direkt ab der ersten Minute wohlfühlen. Alles gut gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben fast ausschließlich die Außenküche genutzt, das war für die Jahreszeit und Temperatur (21-25°C) perfekt. Dort ist auch alles vorhanden und falls etwas fehlt ist es in der Küche im Haus zu finden. Der Pool ist sauber und wird alle paar Tage gereinigt und gepflegt. Das ganze Grundstück ist eingezäunt und (bis auf den Pool natürlich) absolut Kindersicher. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und überlegen bereits noch einmal das Haus zu mieten.

Sommerurlaub mit Kindern

Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist komplett mit einer Mauer umgeben, liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, super unkomplizier und hilfsbereit! Die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man benötigt. Sogar scharfe Messer und Sparschäler sind vorhanden! Es war ein erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger entspannter Umgebung. Das Haus ist exakt so wie beschrieben! Wir konnten uns gut erholen und entspannte Stunden am Pool genießen!

Familieferie i Kroatien

Dejlig ferie i et skønt hus. Huset ligger et lille stykke fra byen, men det gør blot at der er en dejlig ro og fred. Huset har et dejligt ude køkken med alt hvad der skal være. Dejlig stor pool som er ren og pæn. Der er masser af plads i huset. Vi var 8 og vi delte os op så den ene familie sov ovenpå, hvor der var aircondition og den anden i kælderen hvor der var dejligt køligt hele døgnet. Huset har 4 toiletter hvor et af dem er udenfor. Dette er praktisk i forhold til når man er ved poolen. Værten var super. Hvis der var noget så skrev eller ringede vi til dem og de løste problemerne med det samme. Alt i alt en dejlig ferie. Tak 😀

We had a very nice holiday. The house was great, especially the outside kitchen (super!) and the pool. Everything was clean and very well equipped. The location is a 15 min drive from the city center. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We can only recommend this house. Thank you Sinisa and Martina!

Erholung pur. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub und haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Es ist etwas abgelegen in den Bergen, aber das wollten wir auch gerne so. Kaum Nachbarn in der Nähe und trotzdem nicht weit in die Stadt mit dem Auto in 5 min. erreichbar. Die Außenküche ist ein absolutes Highlight des Hauses. Auch die Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren in jedem Raum bei hohen Temperaturen machen das Schlafen super angenehm. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr modern und sehr sauber. Der eigene Pool zum Abkühlen und Entspannen ist einfach toll. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!!!

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren mit unserer Familie eine Woche vor Ort und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, es ist wirklich alles da was man benötigt und man hat auch mit kleinen Kindern viel Platz. Die Außenküche ist perfekt, wir habendie Küche im Haus überhaupt nicht genutzt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und helfen einem jederzeit wenn man etwas wissen will. Wir empfehlen das Haus weiter und kommen sicher auch einmal wieder her.

Immer wieder gerne

Wie haben eine super Urlaub gehabt. Das Haus war top. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Außenküche wurde auch jeden Tag genutzt. Was gibt es schöneres, als in der Morgensonne zu frühstücken. Das Haus ist etwas abseits. Zum erholen genau das richtige. Und mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten in Crikvenica. Da gibt es alles was man zum Urlaub brauch. Der Urlaub hat sich sehr gelohnt. Super Ferienhaus

Es ist ein sehr tolles Ferienhaus, zwar etwas abseits von dem Tourismus aber das macht absolut nichts. Der Check-in hat sehr gut geklappt, die Vermieter Familie ist sehr freundlich und zuvokommend. Was uns super gefallen hat ist die Ausstattung, eine sehr schöne Aussenküche, wir haben die Küche im Haus gar nicht gebraucht. Natürlich nicht zu vergessen der sehr schöne Pool, hier kann man sich richtig gut verweilen und erholen. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Gruß an die Familie Kruzic
