About this property

Welcome to our 4 star apartment Im Rosental in Andernach am Rhein

Since May of this year, you can spend your well-deserved holiday in our 50 m² apartment.
This has a separate entrance and terrace and parking space for your vehicle.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, 32 "flat screen television, free WiFi, sideboard and wardrobe. From here you have access to the private terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, induction hob, microwave with baking function, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and two small chests of drawers. (In case you prefer a separate sleeping possibility, an extra bed can be placed in the living room.) The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. The house is located in a purely residential area.
It is about 10 min., the Rhine about 15 minutes to the center. Walk.

It is a Non smoking apartment!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen, alles tiptop sauber, sehr gepflegt und alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben eine Woche mit sehr heißen Temperaturen erwischt, es war aber immer eine Wohltat nach einem Tagesausflug in die angenehm kühle Wohnung zurück zu kehren. Die Umgebung bietet viele interessante Ziele. Wir bedanken uns für eine sehr schöne Woche!

Markus Rothbrust and Rosemarie Rapp are very nice . The apartment is modern and decorated in a harmonious colors and furniture . The place is quiet and there is a beautiful garden, a comfortable setting to have a cup of coffee . The city is 25 minutes away but there are grocery stores, restaurants and fuel stations .
