Air-conditioned and fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 1 infant or baby. This 120m² apartment boasts a beautiful, private terrace offering breath-taking panoramic views of the Andalusian mountains on one side and the sea on the other.
The terrace is furnished with a glass table and 6 chairs by a renowned Italian designer. High-speed 600Mbps 5G Wi-Fi and two large-screen TVs are provided: one Smart TV with internet access and the other with international satellite reception.
At the foot of the residence, you have direct access through the gardens to an outdoor swimming pool open from May to October. A short walk away are the various beaches around the Marina, with their fine, golden sand shores lined with palm trees where parrots live.
The proximity of the water sports center allows you to enjoy a wide range of water sports.
We are close to numerous shops and restaurants, the Costa Brava, and the Marina. A car is not essential, but we can recommend car rental companies at Malaga Airport, located 9 km away, or in the city. Secure communal parking is available within the residence.
