The apartment was beautiful & well stocked with items for our convenience. Just a short drive to many beaches & restaurants plus a quiet area great for movie nights or sleeping in. Owner was very responsive to any questions.

Wonderful Stay

We had a nice stay! Property was clean and accurate to pictures. Asked host to check in a bit early because we landed earlier and they allowed us! Communicated very well throughout the entire stay. Very close to Anna Maria Island and many beaches. Very accessible to shops and restaurants, including Wawa and Publix!

Beautiful condo.

We had a great time visiting Sarasota, the condo was a great landing place every night, very comfortable and quiet, definitely recommend for this type of vacation. We drove to a different city every day.

Bradenton Condo

Easy access to Bradenton, Sarasota, and the surrounding areas. The best beaches were only 10-15 minutes away. Cortez and Anna Maria Island beaches had pure white fine sand....beautiful!!!

Wonderful Stay Near IMG

This property was perfect for our needs while attending a tournament at IMG. The condo is set back from the road and very quiet. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and updated. Management checked in with us to make sure we did not need anything and made check in/check out easy. We will definitely return to this property!

Tranquil Getaway

We had a great stay at this hidden gem The property was situated far enough from the main road making it feel secluded even though it is in a small city. Parking was plentiful and if for some reason someone parks in your numbered spot, which happened to us, there is no issue finding another parking spot. The property was comfortable and pristine, would definitely recommend.

The management was very quick in answering questions…it was easy access for where we needed to be and to park two cars, nice little pool to relax in…we were in town for just a few days for a funeral and it was very helpful to have the condo with a kitchen and laundry room inside the unit

Relaxing Vacation Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and ready for our arrival. Everything about this place said "come on in and relax"!!! All communications with the host went well and their responses were timely and very informative. Check in and check out was a breeze and the neighbors were very quiet and nice. Bottomline, we would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely look forward to staying there again the next time we are in the area!!!!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, close to the beach and shopping. This was the perfect place for my family to stay. Check-in was super easy and the host was responsive. The only negatives, 2 windows and the sliding glass door didn’t lock and the shower in the master bath didn’t get hot. The host responded quickly to resolves these issues.

Pictures do not properly reflect what this property looks like. Very beat up condo in need of a lot of maintenance and upgrades. Lots of things broken or not functioning properly (windows, doors, etc.). The unit was also quite dirty with hair, bits of paper and dust esp around the corners and behind doors. It was apparent this place gets v superficially cleaned. Would not recommend staying here. On a positive side, do think the host (locals property management) was quick to respond. Initially the unit they put us in had a bug infestation issue. As soon as I’ve complained and sent them pictures, they moved us to a unit next door. Bug infestation not withstanding, both units were in poor condition. Btw, the pool with slide that’s advertised- is very small. Ended up not using it at all.

Getaway to Warmth

We came down for some sunshine and warmth from Illinois. The condo was very nice. My husband and I were there for 10 days and had family that lived in Florida come to stay for a long weekend. It was very comfortable for the 5 of us during that time. Everything in the condo is updated or new. The kitchen has everything you need to fix a meal. We used the pool one day, they just put up a new pergola and all new pool furniture, very nice. During this time there was a lot of traffic. Spent a couple days on Bradenton Beach and it was crowded but very nice. One thing they could use is some beach chairs to take along. There are lots of restaurants around that area.

Very nice

Recently renovated. Very helpful staff ( we never met them but they were able to handle everything question we had over the phone. ) 15 minutes from the beach. Some very average public executive golf courses in the neighborhood. Pool was average. Plenty of pot holes when you turn onto 49th street. Other than that it was a very nice convenient reasonably priced place to stay in Bradenton. I would do it again.
