Our apartment Lenzen is located in Sistig in the municipality of Kall, 7 km from the nature reserve village Nettersheim. The Eifelsteig leads just 1.5 km away past our house.
The 3 *** by the German Tourism Association marked apartment has two very spacious bedrooms, both with real wood parquet floor, a bathroom with tub and shower, and a separate guest toilet.
On the ground floor they have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cozy lounge area with flat screen TV.
From the living area you have direct access to a secluded, garden-embedded and furnished terrace.
In the apartment you can enjoy peace or break to hiking or other activities in the beautiful and varied Eifel.
From the train station in Kall, you can reach Cologne and Trier on the direct route.
By car you can reach Aachen, Cologne, Bonn and Trier in just one hour. Also Belgium and Holland are not far away.
The Eifel offers many attractive opportunities for those seeking peace, sports enthusiasts, history lovers and nature-loving wealthy vacationers!

Clean and Spacious Apartment in Excellent Location for Eifel National Park

Apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and a lot more spacious than than we had expected from the pictures. Apartment had good parking, a large hallway [has plenty of space for shoes, backpacks, jackets etc], a large open plan kitchen/living area, downstairs loo, nice area for eating outside in the garden, two large double rooms upstairs and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower making this ideal for us [a family with two children 5 and 7]. Location is 10-15 mins drive from Gemund and Vogelsang for entry into Eifel National Park and ideal for exploring the entire Eifel region. There is a small shop in the village [Sistig] and a bakery both within two minutes walk but we needed cash as they don't take mastercard. There is a huge supermarket in Kall 5 mins drive that took Mastercard. Ilona was an excellent host and it was reassuring to know that she was next door if needed. Overall the apartment was excellent and the only thing that we identified that could be improved is to increase the worktop and storage space in the kitchen which could be achieved by addition of an island or even just a mobile cupboard/work unit. We highly recommend this apartment.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin hat sich gut, schnell und flexibel um alles gekümmert. Möbel, Betten, Badezimmer etc. - alles war qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet, sodass wir uns wirklich wohl gefühlt haben.

Excellent property in a lovely location. Great for days out in the Eifel or just going for a walk in the local forest or chilling on the patio. Ilona was a very helpful host and communication was fantastic. Rare to find a house rather than an apartment. We had a fabulous stay in the country that we love to visit!

kleines Urlaubsparadies

Obwohl wir nur auf einem Kurztrip wg. einer Hochzeit in der Gegend waren hätten wir keine bessere Wahl treffen können. Beeindruckend ist die grosszügige und künstlerische Gestaltung , allerdings ohne viel chi chi, aller Räume, einschliesslich der tollen Terasse mit Blick auf grosse alte Bäume und somit auch gutem Klima. Mir hat es sehr gefallen neben einer wunderbar gestalteten Kirche zu sein und fussläufig alle kleinen Besorgungen erledigen zu können. Man kann gleich zu Spaziergängen und auch Wanderungen von hier aus starten. Einfach gutes Wohlfühlklima - einziger Nachteil: wir konnten leider aus persönlichen Gründen nicht länger bleiben! Eignet sich also unbedingt für einen längeren Aufenthalt!

Perfekte und besonders hübsche Unterkunft für einen vielseitigen Aufenthalt in der Eifel

Die Wohnung eignet sich prima als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, es ist wirklich alles da und voll funktionsfähig (z.B. sogar Auflagen für Balkonstühle oder 1a-Kaffevollautomat!), geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Für auch kleine Kinder sehr geeignet, vorm Haus nicht direkt Autoverkehr, sondern eine Art "Vorgarten"-Platz, nach hinten eingezäunte große Terrasse, sehr geräumiges Bad und 2. Toilette, einige Spiele oder Puzzle und Bücher, an Schule toller Spielplatz. Auch mit wie bei uns 3 Generationen schön geräumig. Das Gebäude ist besonders hübsch, die nahegelegene Kirche läutet nachts gar nicht und ab sieben nicht störend! Sistig hat ein kleines Lädchen und Bäckereien und wirkt recht lebendig!

Super Wohnung mit allem drin und drumherum

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was Familie braucht (Filzpantoffeln, Spüli, Toilettenpapier.... ) Von wirklich netten Vermietern. Die Lage ist top, da in der Nähe viele gute Wanderwege (Eifelspuren und Eifelschleifen) beginnen. Empfehlenswert sind auch die Ausstellung Wildnis(t)räume, Kletterpark Hürtgenwald und natürlich das Phantasialand.

Sehr schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, achtet aber auch auf die Privatsphäre der Gäste. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub in der schönen Eifel. Prima Haus in ruhiger Lage

Als Startort für diverse Wanderungen innerhalb der Eifelregion ist dieses Haus gut gelegen. Schön eingerichtet mit herrlich großen Zimmern/Bad und ausreichender Küchenausstattung ist alles dabei, was nötig ist. Tipp für den Einkauf in der Nachbarschaft: die Fleischerei im Ort sowie "zwei Kreisel weiter in Richtung Norden" der Geflügelhof Walter mit frischen Eiern/Milch/usw.
