Have a wonderful vacation with your entire family under one roof in this spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. This house has been rebuilt ground up in 2021. Everything in the house is brand new. Enjoy our large fenced backyard with ultimate privacy on in a quiet and upscale neighborhood of Temple Terrace. Our house is walking distance to Temple Terrace Golf Course, less than 2 miles to Bush Gardens, Adventure Islands, USF, Publix, and minutes to Tampa Down Town and short drive to beaches

Family of 5 on spring break

We chose this area due to closeness to Busch gardens and Adventure Island. The house is spacious and updated. The kitchen is not set up for cooking-no cookware to use in the oven-had to use a skillet, no measuring cups/spoons. Only enough plates for family of 4. No check in or check out instructions were given. I reached out to owner who said they communicate the evening before or morning of rental. No TVs in the bedrooms and no cable/live TV-have to use you own streaming. No dressers-no where to store folded clothes for a week. Very close to a Publix and the amusement parks. Could just use some more items for cooking and clothes storage/very sparse for a week stay.
