This country house is located in West Styria in the beautiful Kainachtal, just before the romantic village Kainach near Voitsberg. The Red Bull Ring in Spielberg near Knittelfeld and the provincial capital of Graz can each be reached in an hour's drive.
15 minutes by car from Voitsberg and Köflach, 10 from the Lippe stud farm Piber and Bärnbach, 7 minutes from the castle Alt-Kainach / Schlossbad Bärnbach.
Bärnbach is not only known for the widely shining golden onion dome of the "Hundertwasser Church", but is also a center of glass art.
Köflach is home to the Therme Nova and is always worth a visit, as is the Lipizzan Stud Piber.
Golf course Erzherzog Johann in Maria Lankowitz 19 minutes, leisure island Piberstein sports park 20 minutes.
The ski and toboggan areas in the area, such as Salzstiegl, Modriach-Winkel, Gaberl and Hebalm are also all reachable in less than an hour.

At your disposal:
During your stay you will find the ground floor, the 1st floor with 6 double rooms and 1 single room and the outdoor area, the terrace and the large garden under the house.

Parking is sufficient, even a coach has enough space.

The connection to the public transport network, the bus stop, is located directly in front of the house. Public transport is adapted to rural conditions, ie. h., the bus is rather rare.
The departure or Arrival times are up.

The building has additional toilet facilities in the basement, the boiler room, the laundry room and 2 storage rooms.

Ground floor entrance area: accessible via steps - not handicapped accessible!

On the ground floor there is the kitchen (20m²) on the right including 2 electric cookers with oven, 3 fridge-freezers, 1 freezer, stainless steel storage cabinets, a washing-up room (11m²) and a fridge (5m²).
There is seating on the left in the former guest room (45m²), equipped with a breakfast bar and a tiled stove, for about 20 persons and in the extra room (31m²) as well for up to 30 persons.
The guest room has a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi.
A hall (66m²) with a seating capacity of 75 seats is also available. Use only for a fee and by prior arrangement.

I. floor:
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor to the rooms.
There are 6 double rooms (17m ², 19m ², 11m ², 28m ², 16m ², 16m ², 12m ²) including shower cabin and toilet, 1 single room (11m ²), a games room (11m ²) and an extra room (7m ²).
The double rooms have, except rooms nos. 2, 4 and 6, a flat-screen TV.

If you want, you can also rent the entire building including the 2 apartments and the single room on the 2nd floor, for an additional 134 m².

2nd floor:
The apartments are 74 m² and 44 m² in size. The room has 16 m². The apartments are available for a further 8 people, have recently been refurbished and equipped with a state-of-the-art, state-of-the-art kitchen. There is room for 2 in the room.
In the bedrooms are each a double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
