The condo was perfect for us!! The location is a short walk to the beach, the facilities are great, the unit was clean, spacious and came complete with everything we needed. We appreciate the use of the beach chairs. We would love to come back in the future.

The rating does not match the comments. Read our reviews- we strive to maintain our property and complex in top condition. This person was trying to extort a refund from me after enjoying our condo and beach for the week and threatening to leave a poor review. I have no recourse through vrbo and I would advise anyone to not rent to this person.

Awesome stay and a great location. Property was exactly as advertised with everything you need for the beach, cooling, etc. Host was super responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend.

Spacious and nicely decorated unit, very well equipped kitchen, large deck overlooking canal with distant view of ocean, and short walk to beach. Each room had walk-in closet. Close to lots of great restaurants. Enjoyed my stay.

Stayed for 2 nights. The condo was really neat, cozy and comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed the beach access and spent the whole day there. Visited St. Augustine downtown in the evening for the lights.

Jeff, the host, was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to messages. The unit was immaculate, well labeled, there was detailed instructions and had everything you could think of to make your visit enjoyable. On top of all that, it was in a great location with beach access!

Perfect spot

This two bedroom condo is beautifully furnished and in a quiet complex with gated access to the beach. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet, second floor overlook of lagoon, and quick access to beach walks.
