Beautiful 17 m² studio in the heart of the Marais district for 2 people, entirely overlooking the courtyard. 3rd floor, no elevator,  with air conditioning:







  • Fully equipped open kitchen with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, teapot, and everything you need for cooking.


  • Lounge area with armchair, HD TV, internet access.


  • Dining area with two chairs


  • Bedroom area with a 160 x 200 cm bed and dressing room. Window overlooking the courtyard.


  • Shower room with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, and toilet.






Linens are provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Air conditioning.

- Check-in is free of charge from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is a €35 supplement. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is a €50 supplement.





- For arrivals on a Sunday or public holiday, there is a €35 supplement
