About this property

quiet and dreamlike location - your vacation home with a view of the water -

Away from the crowds of tourists, but quickly on the beach, the apartment is located directly on the Schoritzer Wiek, in the southern part of the island of Rügen.

The 2017 renovated and modern furnished, 57sqm apartment on 2 floors in the upper floor has two bedrooms with double bed and a single bed and a sofa bed, bright, friendly dining area with kitchen, cozy living area and satellite TV, bathroom with tub and integrated shower and one Balcony with water view for convivial barbecues. Two sofa beds are also available.

You can find relaxation in your own boat, which can be chartered fully equipped (depending on availability), fishing in a top area or relaxing on the water. The associated jetty is only 100 meters away from the apartment.

Two children's bicycles (16 'and 24') as well as a women's and men's bike are available free of charge.

Den Urlaubern wurde die korrekte Adresse übersandt, nur wurde diese vor Ort nicht abgerufen. Die Adressen sind korrekt und der Check-In hat all die Jahre super funktioniert. Der Urlauberin wurde der Reisepreis kulanzhalber vollständig erstattet.

Fewo mit Blick auf den Bodden

Gut ausgestattete Fewo, in der es fast an nichts fehlte. Jeden Morgen den Blick auf den Bodden mit einer Tasse Kaffee zu genießen, ist einfach toll. Für alle, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit erleben möchten. Zudem steht für Fragen telefonisch ein sehr freundlicher (Reinigungs-)Service zur Verfügung. Wir werden sehr wahrscheinlich noch einmal wiederkommen. Kleiner Hinweis: Für längere Aufenthalte mit mehreren Personen wäre eine Waschmaschine hilfreich. Man kann aber zur Not nach Göhren zum Waschsalon "Deine Waschbar" fahren.

Sehr schöne Aussicht zum Bodden. Für 2 Personen wäre es ideal. Zusätzliches Bett auf oberer Etage, allerdings wird es unterm Dach sehr warm. Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Die angesprochenen, kleinen Mängel wurden behoben. Es handelte sich hier ein paar Spinnen, die leider im Sommer im ländlichen Raum vorkommen und ein vom letzten Feriengast nicht perfekt gereinigtes Backblech.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt - vor allem die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, und die Aussicht ist sehr schön. Die Buchung hat sehr kurzfristig und unkompliziert geklappt. Die Lage ist eher was für Leute, die Ruhe suchen, da die Anfahrt zu Ausflugszielen etwas Zeit beansprucht.

Hat alles bestens geklappt …

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie war täglicher Startpunkt zu zahlreichen Unternehmungen, Strandausflügen oder Angelaktionen. Von dort aus war alles hervorragend zu erreichen. Die Kontaktaufnahme und weitere Tipps für die Insel funktionierte reibungslos und prima. Die kleine steile Treppe in der Wohnung ist nicht ganz Kindertauglich. Rundum dennoch eine wunderbare Unterkunft.
