House 30 metres from the beach, close to shops and restaurants

Porto Pollo is a small seaside village in the Gulf of Valinco, sheltered from the wind. You will enjoy a calm sea surrounded by mountains, which sometimes could look like a lake, ideal for children and reassuring for parents. You will be amazed by the beauty of the site.
The 65 m2 house that I rent, fully air-conditioned, has been recently renovated. It has a capacity of 8 beds with its 3 bedrooms and its sofa bed and has the particularity of being on 2 independent levels. This allows 2 families to enjoy the stay while keeping privacy. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 80) and its bathroom. Upstairs accessible by an external staircase at the back of the house, you will have the kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed 160, another bedroom (2 beds 80) and a bathroom. All extended by a terrace of 20 m2.
The proximity of the seaside, 30 metres from the house, shops and restaurants are an asset of its geographical location.
You can enjoy your holidays without having to take your car.
Childcare equipment will be available: cot, baby chair and bathtub.
Sheets and towels will be provided.
Reservations are available from May 1st to October 31st.
Cleaning fee will be 100€.
A deposit of 1000€ will be requested and returned on the day of departure.
