This holiday home with a large garden is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous hamlet of Marzamemi and is only 3 km from Pachino. Its proximity to the beach (200 m) makes it the ideal destination for a relaxing beach holiday. The beach offers both free and equipped beach areas and from here you can also walk to the characteristic hamlet of Marzamemi with its beautiful town square and one of the oldest tonnara in the region - here you can taste a typical local speciality: the bottarga di tonno rosso. The house is an ideal starting point for visiting the beautiful towns of the Sicilian Baroque: Modica (38 km), Ragusa (55 km) and Noto (UNESCO World Heritage Site). For nature lovers: just 3 km away is the protected oasis of Vendicari in the Val di Noto. Etna is 100 km away, where you can go crater walking and admire the ancient lava flows. The harbour of Pozzallo is 20 km away and boats to Malta leave from here.
