This property has exceptional views, private access to the beach and is just an incredible place to visit. White sands, lots of shells kids can pick up on the beach. The temperature is great, there is always a nice breeze. Although transportation is required to get around, it is well worth the 45 minute drive from the Merida airport. The unit is fully stocked with beach towels and linens. Maid service is available for a minimal fee upon request. It is a short 30 minute drive to Progreso Beach. It´s warm year round, so you can visit any time and enjoy great weather. The private pool/jacuzzi on the balcony is heated. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might require to cook or bake. There are grocery stores within a 5 mile radius. There are some local restaurants that serve homestyle cooking and local cuisine at reasonable prices. There are plenty of places to visit no more than 1 hour away. You can see the flamingos in the lagoon as you drive towards the condominium.

What makes this property unique

Flights to Merida, Yucatan are substantially cheaper than flights to Cancun. I have staff on the premises in case anything is needed and can also run errands for you if you ask.
This unit has a lockoff apartment so it´s like two apartments in one. Two kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, perfectly suited for a large family.
