This lovely beachfront one bedroom, one bath vacation condo with tile throughout is bright and airy with a tropical flair. Panoramic views of the island from your 9th Floor Balcony - you can see all the way to the Bay with a partial Gulf view! The bedroom has a brand new king-sized bed to provide a good night's sleep after a day at the beach. Full Bath has a large Walk In Shower. The living room features a large smart TV and comfortable seating. The sleeper sofa can accommodate two. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a brand new fridge and ice maker and a dining table for four. There's free cable TV service and free WIFI in the condo! All linens and towels (including beach towels) supplied.

For your convenience, there are on-site laundry facilities on the ground floor of C building, dual elevators, secured lobby entrance, BBQ grills and ample open parking.

Step out the back door to beach - 7 miles of white, sugar sand beach, birds feeding in the natural lagoon, and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico - you can walk for hours taking in the sea breezes and listening to the surf. Every night you can watch our world-famous sunsets and make it one of the most cherished memory of your vacation.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh pink gold shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park or south to Lovers Key State Park and exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Scheduled to re-open January 2025, Santini Marina Plaza, just across the street, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The Club has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again. Despite their recovery and rebuilding mode, they are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches in their backyard.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. This unit is on our linen service so you can wash linens yourself or you can trade them out at our office in Santini Plaza for a very minimal fee.
