This lovely property has tile flooring throughout and the furnishings are positioned to take full advantage of the beach views from the balcony. The bedroom has a king sized bed, a flatscreen tv and opens up to the expansive balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and has an eat-in bar. Fort Pickens is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and is a historic moment from the 1800s. Kids will love wandering this historical fort from the American Revolution.
Downtown Pensacola is full of shopping, dining, and history. In its heart is the Palafox Pier Harbour marina. Catch a Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game. Make sure to get a selfie with one of the many pelican statues spread throughout downtown.
Pensacola Beach includes two artificial reef systems for snorkeling. Park East is located about 1.4 miles east of Portofino on Pensacola Beach. The reef is located 500 ft. off shore and attracts a wide variety of fish, sea turtles and all kinds of gulf wildlife.

Perfect location!

My stay on Pensacola Beach was amazing. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The balcony is large, with a great view and 3 comfortable lounge chairs. It was a perfect getaway from the sun and great for napping! I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean, beautiful condo on the beach. Spacious balcony with amazing view of the beach and gulf. Located on the 7th floor. Big pool, nice boardwalk to the beach. Short drive to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Quiet Getaway with Beautiful Views of the Gulf

This was our first time to Pensacola Beach and it was a memorable one. We went the day after Labor Day and stayed 4 nights. The condo was very clean and the king size bed was super comfortable. The owner also provided chairs and umbrellas for the beach which was easily accessible from the condo. Highly recommend if you are looking for a roomy 1 bedroom with full kitchen and a massive balcony with beautiful views of the gulf.

Property was the perfect size for me and my two boys. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The condo community was small which was nice because it was not loud or crowded. Easy access to the pool and beach. The balcony view was amazing. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just enjoying the views. We were even lucky enough to watch a manatee swim by from the balcony! We will be back!
