This condo had everything we needed except beach towels. It’s not a dealbreaker and I know most other places in Pensacola don’t provide them either but it would make it a bit more convenient when traveling by plane and just want to pack a carry on. Otherwise we had a great stay. The location is great, the condo is very clean and communication from the owner was very easy.

Great location for a winter getaway. Right on the beach, close to everything. Quiet time of year, which was exactly what we were looking for.. Clean unit w super comfy bed. We will definitely be back.

The condo was clean, updated, and comfortable. Very impressed with communication from the host. The location is perfect, away from the crowded areas of Pensacola Beach. Overall a great experience and we certainly plan to return soon. Five stars!

Blue Angels Homecoming

We are locals from Valparaiso, Fl. and decided to make a weekend of the homecoming show. The condo was a perfect place to be. We enjoyed having morning coffee overlooking the view and sounds of the Gulf. It was so convenient to all the attractions and restaurants.

The property is conveniently located to Pensacola Beach with an picturesque view that overlooks the white sand beach and swimming pool. The complex' groundskeepers meticulously cared for the pool and safety of those who enjoyed swimming in the pool or easy access to the beach.

Extremely accommodating

Due to construction, we were unable to use balcony but owners were extremely accommodating. Property was very clean, all amenities functional, and view is outstanding. Communication was prompt. Would love to stay again.

Nice choice for Pensacola Beach

Updated furnishings, great view, nice property. Exposed surfaces, bathroom fixtures were clean. Had to spend some time cleaning internal surfaces (drawers, refrigerator, washing machine)
