Perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for a few days near my parents. Clean and very comfortable bed. Easy walking to everything. Highly recommend!
We decided to take a long weekend in late January - perfect time to leave CT. This unit is in a great location. Lots of things to do and fine restaurants nearby - gorgeous beach 2 blocks away. Unit is small - clean and very nice - just very little room. Perfect if you are out and about - as we were.
Very lovely apartment, comfortable bed, AC and bathroom were perfect. Construction made it difficult to enjoy the pool area. Not having a kitchen sink made quick meals a bit challenging.
My husband and I were in Florida for two weeks visiting family and friends, put 1200 miles on the rental car. Josh and Maria were great hosts when we were in Palm Beach for three nights. We would highly recommend. Great location, nice, fluffy towels. Prompt communication with the hosts.
I rented this unit for almost the whole month. I liked the room a lot: white, simple, uncluttered, lots of natural light. I could imagine renting this unit again.
Beautiful room. Great towels, bed linens, beach chairs etc.
Valet staff, front desk, housekeeping all extremely pleasant 😊
Lots of sunshine and privacy not the best view but that made for privacy and the sun to shine through.
If you are going to be arriving early ask about the early check in ahead of time. It will be well worth it.
Thank you for a great stay.
Booked a solo trip for myself my sister end up joining, perfect location and room for 2!
Big enough bedroom to move around, a kitchenette and a little sitting table.. got up and jogged to the beach every morning, walking about 5 minutes.. So close! There are fancy restaurants all within walking distance, a pharmacy/store/ Old timy diner across the street as well as a Publix grocery store. Great price for the location! Had to fly into fort Lauderdale no direct flights from houston, but only an hour drive easy..
Room is as appears in listing. Could use a few touch ups here at there, new shower head ect, but no big deal. The hall ways of this old hotel are really quite bad, very strong musky smell made worse by automatic air fresher in the halls that spray a strong cover scent. The elevator was out for the length of my stay, being on the second floor it made no real difference to me. The area to store your bag is only semi-secure, it’s a roped off area by the main entrance of the lobby, if the front desk clerk isn’t at the desk the area is open to everyone in the building. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my expensive luggage there, and opted to take it with me as my flight got in well before check in, a bit of a nuisance. At one point the police were in the lobby escorting an older man out of the lobby. (seemingly harmless, acting weird , but trespassing ) lots of police presence which is a good thing. The area feels very safe. At the end of the day this is what you get for the price paid to be on Palm beach - you get what you pay for. The location is an absolute 10/10, everything else is not.
A memorable experience....for all the wrong reasons
Where do we begin? We have been hosts/landlords for over 40 years of our own properties. And rented plenty others all over the country and Europe. This aint our first rodeo. First, this is not a suite. Its a studio. This not new(unless $55 in paint is new). So description is misleading. Also, corner/end unit it is, overlooking the main lower roof in one direction and the other roof in another direction. The tile in the bathroom floor is cracked in multiple places. The wood trim around the window inthe shower was gross and moldy, we tried to clean it too.The sink was clogged, we unclogged it with a plunger ourselves, to no consistent avail. There are channels for electric wires for lights from the sconces hanging off the wall. We tried to put frozen daiquiri's in the freezer, but the freezer hand no door and was pretty much frozen solid. Stains on the chair. Yuk. The old A/C worked fine except when it came on and off we thought we were at the airport. Good news. The construction onthe exterior of the building on 3 floors on 2 side surrounding the pool were not being drilled on Saturday and Sunday. Bad news. They were there, jackhammering away all day on Wed, Thurs, Fri, Monday..thusly preventing us sitting there and enjoying our stay. What can be said? Not a good experience

Palm Beach Hotel. Family gathering
The owner of the suite was extremely responsive and helpful. The stay goes downhill from there.
You would think a place called “The Palm Beach Hotel” would be a beautiful exclusive place to stay. The area the hotel is located in is extremely upscale and wealthy.
Valet parking doesn’t mean your car is parked safely in a garage or lot. Instead, it’s parked along the streets, wherever the valet can find a spot.
When you open the doors to enter the hotel it’s a horror! The entry way is dirty, outdated, old carpets, temporary walls nailed up that seem to be permanent. The pool area is dated. During our stay scaffolding was all around the court yard that the pool sits in. Windows were being replaced. It was terribly loud while the workers were there and quite the eyesore. There is no where sunny to sit. The outdoor patio is completely covered. Very gloomy and dated.
The lobby. The carpets are filthy and old. There is a nice sitting area that is shown in pictures but that is the only decent place within the hotel. The furnishings have been there for years!
Getting off the elevator on your floor, you’re smacked in the face with a horrible odor! Smells like a hamster cage. I dreaded leaving our suite every day because we would then need to walk a long smelly hallway to the elevator. Several times there was definitely the smell of weed throughout the hallway.
our suite- I’d give it a 6 if located in a different building. The closet smelled of cigarettes, no luggage stand.
