The complex has a heated pool, 24 Hr Front-Desk, laundry room, the Breakers and Mar-A - Lago within 10 minutes driving distance.

This King Studio Suite condo has been renovated but please keep in mind the building has more of a circa 1925 feel as in a registered historical landmark with tons of charm and in the best location in all of Palm Beach with just 15 minutes from the WPB airport.

- Wi-Fi in unit and throughout building

- AC - Dehumidifier that you control

- Iron and mini iron board

***Important Note; if you are staying more than seven days there will be additional cleaning charges based on the stay and your needs.

The Hotel was built in 1925, and as with any glorious old building, new owners, like myself including new management are eagerly involved with the revitalization of this historic grand building.
