The house has two floors, on the upper floor we find three double bedrooms, a full bathroom and a terrace, on the main floor we find a living-dining room, equipped kitchen and a toilet.
In the outdoor space we find a terrace with barbecue and a small [hidden] house offers a large communal swimming pool that is accessed from the street.
The house is located 400m from Montgó, where we find the Montgrí Natural Park, a coastal path that borders the sea and its beautiful beach.
