Upstairs, there is a large living room with a sofa, armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi, and a beautiful decorative fireplace. A second bedroom, open to the living room, has a double bed (140x190cm). There is also a shower room with a toilet. Oil-fired central heating. You will have access to a garden and a terrace area with garden furniture and a barbecue. A private swimming pool, measuring 4m x 10m and 1.40m deep, is salt-water, equipped with an alarm and safety barrier, and is open from May to October. Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair) is available on request.
