The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, glasses, cutlery and crockery. The upper floor with two bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and toilet, offers another balcony, on which you can comfortably end the day. In the cold season, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth. The holiday residence "Ostseepark- Zempin" is idyllically located behind the dunes in the picturesque seaside resort Zempin. The apartment is rented for max. 5 people rented. The newly furnished apartment with a size of 78m² invites you with its cozy ambience and the two balconies to feel good. Here one can switch off the daily stress and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. For families with children is provided, a beautiful playground is located within the area. On the premises is a communal barbecue area which can be used as well as a communal washing and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

Wir waren zum 4-Mal in der Anlage und die Lage mit 300 m bis zum Strand ist Top! Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt.

Jederzeit gerne wieder

Wir waren nun schon das dritte Mal in Zempin und es war jedes Mal sehr schön. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wie angegeben ca 150 Meter vom Strand entfernt, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wohnung und Außenanlagen sind gepflegt und ansprechend. Es wäre schön, wenn der Strandkorb vom Balkon am Strand stehen würde 😉, da diese dort immer ausgebucht waren. Ideal sind auch die Fahrräder, somit mussten wir nur zwei eigene mitnehmen. Leider sind die Parkplätze sehr beengt und nicht auf die immer größer werdenden Autos ausgelegt. Zempin ist nicht so überlaufen wie die anderen Strandbäder, falls man mal mehr Trubel und Menschen braucht, ist man mit den Rädern schnell in den Nachbarorten und weiss dann die Ruhe von Zempin noch mehr zu schätzen. Wohnung und Ort sind perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub an der See.
