The holiday residence Ostseepark- Zempin is idyllically located behind the dunes in the picturesque seaside resort Zempin. The apartment is rented for max. 5 people rented. The three room apartment with a size of 89m² invites you with its cozy ambience and the two balconies to feel good. Here one can switch off the daily stress and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. For families with children is provided, a beautiful playground is located within the area. On the premises there is a communal barbecue area that can be used as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

The apartment extends over 2 floors, is very spacious and comfortably furnished. On the 1st floor is the living room with flat screen TV, radio, a beautiful balcony, a bathroom with shower, toilet and a hair dryer. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, glasses, cutlery and crockery. The upper floor with two bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and toilet, offers another balcony, on which you can comfortably end the day. In the cold season, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth.
