The studio is located in the "Les Jardins de la Mer" residence, a quiet and secure gated community.

The studio comprises a bathroom with toilet and a kitchenette. In the hallway, you will find two single bunk beds (90x190 cm) and a double bed (140x190 cm).

The shaded terrace is furnished with a dining table and several chairs, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors.

Parking:
The apartment includes a private parking space within the residence.

Amenities:
Washing machine; stovetop; oven; microwave; Television, fully equipped kitchen, and ample crockery for 2 to 4 people, plus air conditioning (available from May 2026).

The surroundings:
You'll find the Lecques beach in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, the largest beach in the resort (1.4 km long). It stretches from the port of Saint-Cyr to the port of La Madrague in a pleasant bay facing La Ciotat. There you'll find bars, restaurants, a sailing club, jet ski rentals... in short, everything you need for a perfect holiday!

Sheets and bath towels: Available as an optional extra upon request (€25 for a double bed linen set and €15 for a towel set with one large and one small towel per person). Blankets are available in the accommodation if needed (ideal for the off-season).

Cleaning:
This is included in your booking, and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Security deposit upon key handover:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.

The amount is equivalent to one week's rental.
