We offer a generous, charming and quiet 5-room-apartment of 120 sqm with beautiful terrace and spacious, lovingly planted garden in the noble and uptown Dresden quarter Weißer Hirsch. The home of a pianist is beautifully furnished and decorated and has a splendid grand piano which the owner of the apartment allows guests who know how to play the piano to do so taking adequate care of the instrument. The apartment located on the ground floor of a historical villa costly renovated in Italian style is very well and completely equipped for up to 6 persons. It is barrier-free and offers a generous bathroom with bathtub including shower and 2 sophisticatedly furnished dining rooms, one with access to the terrace with chairs and table and to the garden. In a separate annex building to the villa, just steps away, there is an additional simpler bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The very spacious large bedroom has a high-quality double bed, the cozy little bedroom is equipped with an excellent single bed. A comfortable sofa(bed) in the living room offers sleeping possibilities for 2 additional persons. Also, there is a mobile (single) extra bed as well as a cozy baby bed including soft additional mattress, which both can be set up in all rooms.

The beautifully tiled kitchen decorated in blue and white is very well equipped and has a brand-new dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and coffee machine and a generous stock of crockery and kitchen utensils, which allows you to take care of yourself very well also for a longer period of time.

In the main bathroom there is a washing machine.

The living room is equipped with a high-quality Bose sound-system, has a beautiful Biedermeier sofa with bench and an additional high-grade sofa, which can in next to no time be changed into a comfortable double bed.

The small bedroom offers a TV and a well-equipped library mainly with fiction and poetry books.

In the smaller dining room you will find a Yamaha brand electrical piano in addition to the grand piano in the living room.

Schöne Wohnung in romantischem Haus

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen in dieser Ferienwohnung. Lage: im Villenviertel Weißer Hirsch, in Nähe der Bergstation der Standseilbahn und dem Konzertplatz, direkt am Wald gelegen. Der Linienbus der Stadtrundfahrten hält in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wohnung: mehrere fast gleich große Räume, ein Raum ist nur mit einem Vorhang abgedeckt; gemütlich eingerichtet; ein gut gepflegter Flügel steht zur Verfügung, sowie ein Stage-Piano und eine Musikanlage mit einer Auswahl klassischer CDs; schöne Terasse in einem bepflanzten Garten mit kleinem Teich

Ruhige Wohnung mit vielen Möglichkeiten

Bei der räumlich großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung in attraktiver Lage (bis zur Altstadt ca. 6 km, Auto ist aufgrund der Baustellensituation empfehlenswert) ist zu beachten, dass es sich, außer dem Bad, allesamt um Durchgangszimmer handelt (man kann im Kreis durch die Wohnung gehen), bei 6 Personen ist somit kaum eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit vorhanden, bei 4 Personen ist dies nach Absprache mit Einschränkung der Fall. Die Terrasse ist für vier Personen ausgerichtet, mit ein wenig Improvisationstalent können jedoch auch 6 Personen eine Mahlzeit an dem (dann recht kleinen (Tisch) einnehmen. Das 2. Bad mit Toilette befindet sich in einem anderen Gebäude. Dies ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, ein Regenschirm und eine Taschenlampe für den nächtlichen Gang über den Hof dorthin sind empfehlenswert. Die Küche ist hinreichend ausgestattet, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck sind ausreichend vorhanden; wir haben der Verwaltung einige Wünsche bzgl. der Ausstattung mitgeteilt. Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung war von Beginn an vorhanden, die Wohnsituation wurde ausführlich beschrieben, stellte somit ansonsten keine große Überraschung dar. Im angrenzenden Waldgebiet kann man stundenlang wandern; man kann auch durch das Villenviertel Loschwitz zum ("Blauen Wunder" über die Elbe gehen, oder auch für das steilste Stück mit der Standseilbahn fahren. Weitere Empfehlung neben den Highlights der Altstadt: die Neustadt, etwa mit der Hauptstraße (beim Goldenen Reiter) und der Kunsthofpassage. Wir haben insgesamt eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung und in der Stadt verbracht.
