This three-bedroom condominium offers beauty and tranquility on the fourth floor perched above the exquisite grounds of the Paraiso del Mar Resort. Amenities include a great poolside restaurant, sparkling pools, and a highly rated golf course as well. The true highlight of Paraiso is the long stretch of pristine beach that faces the Sea of Cortez. La Paz offers a fun beachfront area.

This three-bedroom condominium offers multiple patios, offering private spaces for each bedroom. The main bedroom has a King-sized bed with a TV and a bathroom with two-sink vanity and a large tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms have a King and Queen bed respectively, with TV and patio access.

The living area has a kitchen with all needed appliances, along with a wrap-around counter featuring extra bar stool seating. The main patio is spacious, providing its own BBQ grill, along with world-class views of the resort and beach beyond. NO SATELLITE SIGNAL INCLUDED
