This darling loft sleeps up to three people offering a sleeping loft with a full size bed and a daybed in the living space. As the photos suggests, it is just that --- a cozy sleeping area. The ladder is steep, be prepared to climb! The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with a walk in shower. The deck is spacious and private.

The Loft is fully outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's quaint and modern to help you feel further away from your daily grind.

Fun and inspiring best describes the loft. Windows and skylights give the loft a bright and airy feel. The loft is minimalist without being cold. Cable television, wifi and a Sonos will keep you connected. The newly remodeled kitchen continues the light and airy cottage theme with its honed quartz marble counters, modern subway tile, under mount sink and includes everything you would need to cook a wonderful meal. The local farmers market is literally steps away! :) The bathroom has a marble and subway tiled step in shower. We supply everything you will need for a comfortable stay, Weber Grill, toiletries, coffee, and beach/bath towels.

**MUST be able to climb steep stairs to get to sleeping loft.

Totally Awesome Stay

The Loft in downtown Charlevoix was beautiful! Being centrally located to all the pubs, restaurants and shopping. Charlevoix is an amazing place to stay! Especially during the fall. The Loft was very clean and quiet. And the hot water was almost instant! A perfect spot to stay!

Apple Fest 2023

What a quaint little place to stay. Located a block off of the main street. Vendors, restaurants, apples, and vendors were at our fingertips. We were so close that we could shop and run our purchases back to the Vrbo, and then head out for more. This is not my first time of staying here. I'm already looking forward to next years Apple Fest and staying in one of Jatell's Vrbos.

Just what we wanted

My wife and I stayed here for a getaway in July. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Its charming character and ideal location to explore downtown Charlevoix were high points. There are a number of great restaurants and the beach within easy walking distance. We loved exploring the downtown shops, and bringing bags back to the property is easy as you shop due to its proximity to everything. The property is quite small, but there are a number of nice touches that enable very practical use of the smaller space. Me wife and I had more than enough space, and I think 3 people would be fine as well. The property had everything that we needed as far as dishes, towels, etc. Check in and check out were quick and easy. One important caveat is that I would not recommend this property for older people. The bed in the loft is only accessible by stairs that are close to a ladder. The day bed on the main level would work, but it is smaller for two. Also, we booked immediately before the Venetian Festival. The carnival rides were setup in the parking lot right next to the property. This could be either a plus or a minus depending on your preferences, so you may want to watch the city event calendar. This property is right in the downtown area. Overall, we loved this property and would likely book it again if we find ourselves in Charlevoix.
