I chose this neighborhood because it perfectly combines central convenience with a calm, pleasant atmosphere. Rue de France is slightly away from the busiest streets, making it peaceful while still within easy reach of all that Nice has to offer. I love how everything is within walking distance: from the historic charm of Old Town to the lively cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby.

What I enjoy most is starting the day with a morning walk or jog along the Promenade des Anglais, just steps from the studio, watching the sunrise over the Mediterranean. Evenings are magical too, with stunning sunsets reflected on the water, and the option to enjoy a drink at a nearby rooftop bar or a relaxing aperitif by the beach.

The area offers excellent access for guests with a car, thanks to a major road one block away that connects quickly to the highway and allows easy trips along the Côte d’Azur. You can swim in the sea, enjoy breakfast at a café, relax at beach bars, or explore cultural spots like MAMAC, Musée Masséna, and the Marc Chagall Museum, all just minutes away.
