Studio très bien situé avec toutes les commodités. Un grand plus, le parking couvert pour garer le véhicule. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le tram au pied de l’immeuble pour aller sur le centre de Nice mais possibilité de le faire à pied et la promenade des anglais et juste à quelques mètres. Bref je recommande a 100%
