Come enjoy the beach at your "home away from home."

Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: washer/ dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach buggy, central heat and air, stocked kitchen, outdoor patio area for relaxing and dining.

For indoor entertainment living room has big flat screen smart TV, additional smart TV's in the two king size bedrooms.

Additional bed space includes twin pull out bed.

The house is perfect for relaxing and entertaining with an open floor plan, screened in porch and large backyard.

This home is new to the rental market and has recently been improved with fresh paint, new furniture & décor, appliances and kitchen supplies.

Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.

Cute House in Hilton Head

We loved staying here! It was nice having a house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were spacious and comfortable. We will be coming back!

Great house, mediocre property management

When arriving at the property, we used the lock combination on the check-in instructions several times, which was incorrect. I called the property manager who was extremely rude, flippant, and seemed incredibly bothered to do his job but did provide the correct code to get us in. At the property, the house itself is nice but the back door was broken and will not lock, the garbage disposal was broken, no trash bags were provided, only a handful of dishwasher pods were left, zero laundry detergent was there, and there wasn’t even salt or pepper in the kitchen. The house is in a great location but suffers from poor management and lackluster upkeep.

Perfect long weekend with adult kids

My 3 20-something kids and I just spent a long weekend here and loved it. It was an easy, short walk to the beach. The beach was not busy at all, which we appreciated! Not far from us though the beach was quite busy in front of resorts/condos. But we loved the quiet. At the house we found beach chairs and a wagon to pull our load, a very nice find that we were very grateful for! The house itself is older, but clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were games and books and we pretty much enjoyed everything there. No complaints from our group. Thank you for a beautiful weekend

Hundreds of fantastic restaurants ranging from gourmet to family dining and take out. The famous Tiki Hut Bar ( beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is right around the corner. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.

Beautiful bike paths run throughout the island ( bike rentals around the corner). A public trolley stops all along South Forest Beach to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza and the beach.

In addition Celebration Park is around the corner, includes a Band shell, children’s museum, kids water-zone, adventure playground, educational walk along the lagoon and green space for public events.
