Great stay

Thank you for a great stay. Everything was very clean, detailed, and organized. The owner was very responsive. It was further away from Pinnacles than we expected. A general search from Salinas to Pinnacles is around 45 minutes, but the actual distance from the property to the park is more like one hour twenty minutes. Just something to keep in mind. Other than that, we were very impressed with the property.

Beautiful home, great neighborhood

My family and I stayed here for a quick trip to monterey, the house was very clean and very well thought out with everything you will need. Our daughter loved the loft and the fire pit, she enjoyed smores both nights we were there . The host communicated very well and answered all of our questions very fast. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, thoughtful and clean house

It is clear the owners of this property have put in a lot of time and attention to make sure this a great experience for their guests. The house is clean, newly renovated, has a number of unique touches. It was perfect for our group of friends preparing to visit and cook before a hike to Big Sur. The house is about half hour from Monterey so just be prepared for a bit of drive if that is your destination. There isn't much immediately close by but very close to a grocery store.

Nice house for our needs

So thos place was overall clean. Only had issues with the AC which after contacting Peter, offered us a solution to this issue. Otherwise it was a great place, quiet neighborhood.

Why they chose this property

This is my partner's family home, so they've put a lot of care into the maintenance of this home. We recently renovated the home in 2021 with better paint colors, cabinets, bathroom flooring, and furniture.

This property is in a prime location, just a 2-min drive to the grocery store and gas station, along with other restaurants. The home is also close enough to the Monterey Peninsula where you can visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium and other fun activities!

What makes this property unique

The home is set on a water filtration system so you can drink directly from the sinks. There is also an additional filtration spout in the kitchen, as well as a Brita filter.
