Good base to explore Istria

Large remodeled country house with sufficient space for eight people (accommodates four people on each floor). Proper location close to the main highway. Four bathrooms are a big plus. Air conditioning (split units) in two of the four bedrooms, extra two AC units in common areas. Furnished kitchen. Host is very kind and lives on premises. Tip: flies could be an annoyance, keep the front door closed.
