It is spread over two floors (the first and second floors of this building) and consists of three bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen, and a large living room with access to a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and coffee maker. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Laundry service can be provided by the owner in a private laundry located in the building, for an additional fee paid on site. Private parking for 1 car is available in front of the house. The new pebble beach in the bay of St. Martin is only 800 m away from the apartment.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefüllt. Die Zimmer, Küche, Bad sind top sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vom Standort kann man sehr gut profitieren. Es ist ruhig, und im kleinen Radius rundum kann mit der Familie sehr vieles unternehmen. Wir hatten hier einen tollen Urlaub. Und die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, sie hat uns auch viele Tipps mitgegeben. Dieses Apartment können wir weiterempfehlen

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, hell, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt viele Schränke und Regale zum Verstauen. Auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf eine ruhige Straße kann man gemütlich sitzen. Der Check-in war reibungslos. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, sprechen Deutsch und geben gute Tipps. Der schöne Strand (Badeschuhe nicht vergessen, weil Kiesstrand) ist nah, dort gibt es genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze. Liegen und Sonnenschirme sind günstig und oft findet man sogar einen Platz im Schatten unterm Baum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur mit Auto erreichbar. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung!
